Terms of Service

1. Who can use Cozi Room

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you. One account per person, please. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

2. Be kind

Cozi Room is a chill space. When you chat, name your room or hang out in someone else's room, don't:

• harass, threaten, bully or hate on anyone;
• share sexual content, or anything involving minors in a sexual way, ever;
• share other people's private information;
• spam, scam, or impersonate someone (including us);
• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or mess with how stars and items work;
• break the law, or try to break or overload the service.

Room owners can block visitors. We can remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without warning. If you see something wrong, email support@moksha.site.

3. Your stuff

Your chat messages, usernames and room names are yours. You give us permission to show them in Cozi Room so the service works (for example, showing your message to people in the room). Chat is live: we don't keep a history of what you say.

4. Stars, items and other virtual goods

You earn stars by listening and coming back, and you can also buy them. Stars and store items (furniture, outfits, pets, auras and so on) are a limited, personal licence to use them in Cozi Room. They:

• have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money, sold or transferred;
• can't be refunded once spent, except as our Refund policy says or the law requires;
• may change: we can adjust prices, earning rates and items to keep things fair and fun.

If we ever shut Cozi Room down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice.

5. Supporter subscription

Cozi Room Supporter costs $3.99 per month (plus any tax) and renews automatically each month until you cancel. It includes the perks shown in the store at the time, like double stars for listening, a monthly star bonus, a badge, supporter auras and the chance to buy supporter-only pets.

• Cancel any time from Store → Get more ★ → Manage. You keep your perks until the end of the month you paid for.
• Supporter pets you bought are yours to keep after you cancel. Auras and the badge are only active while you're subscribed.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies, and you can cancel before it does.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

6. Music and other people's content

Cozi Room can play YouTube videos and Spotify embeds. That content belongs to its owners and is provided by those services under their own terms. We don't control it and aren't responsible for it.

7. Breathing exercises

The Breathling's breathing exercises are for relaxing, not medical treatment. Stop if you feel dizzy or unwell, and talk to a doctor about any health concerns.

8. Our stuff

The Cozi Room app, art, characters (including the Breathling), and the Moksha name and logo belong to Moksha. Please don't copy them.

9. The legal bits

Cozi Room is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it'll always be available, bug-free or that nothing will ever be lost. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if that's more). Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Moksha is based.

10. Changes and closing your account

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we'll let you know in the app before it applies. You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete account.
