What we collect

When you sign up

• Email address: to confirm your account, let you reset your password and send receipts. Other players never see it.
• Username and password: your password is stored securely hashed by our login provider. We can't read it.
• Your character: body, skin tone, outfit and other looks you pick.

When you use Cozi Room

• Your room and progress: room layout, items you own, stars, streaks, listening minutes and your Breathling's level.
• Friends: the rooms you've added as friends and people you've blocked.
• Live presence: while you're in a room, your position, look and name are shared with the people in it.
• Chat: messages are sent live to the people in the room and are not stored. Once they fade, they're gone.

When you pay

Payments go through Stripe. We get a customer ID, what you bought and whether your subscription is active. We never see your card details.

In your browser

We save a few things in your browser's storage: your login session, settings like volume, and a copy of your room so it loads fast. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How the app is used

To make Cozi Room better, we record simple product events, like "signed up", "played music", "finished a breathing session" or "bought an item", with your username, a random device ID, your screen size and the page you're on. We never send your email, your chat messages or which rooms you visit. This data isn't used for ads and isn't sold.

Who helps us run Cozi Room

• Supabase: database, accounts and live rooms.
• Vercel: hosting the website.
• Stripe: payments and receipts.
• Resend: sending account emails.
• YouTube and Spotify: if you play music from them, their players load from their servers and their own privacy policies apply.

We only share what each one needs to do its job. We don't sell your personal information.

Kids

Cozi Room isn't for children under 13. If we learn that someone under 13 has made an account, we'll delete it. If you think that's happened, email support@moksha.site.

Your choices

• Delete your account any time in Settings → Delete account. Your room, stars, items and email are erased and any subscription is cancelled.
• Get a copy or fix something: email us and we'll help.
• Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have extra rights. Email us to use them.

How long we keep things

We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete it, it's removed right away from our live systems. Payment records are kept by Stripe as long as the law requires.

Security

Everything travels over encrypted connections, and access to your data is locked down by account. No system is perfect, but we take it seriously.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app first.
